Step 1: On your browser window, go to the "Tools" menu then to "Internet Options." Shown Below.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Security" Tab. Under the "Security" tab click on "Custom Level."

Step 3: Scroll down to where it says "Microsoft VM." If "Disable Java" is ticked, change it to "High Safety." After this step, click "OK" and "OK" on the next window, close and re-open your browser window and try again.

IF THIS DOES NOT WORK:

You may not have java installed. Go to http://java.sun.com and download Sun's JAVA.
